- Craft glue

Procedure to Make the Plastic Spoons Craft
Step 1
Take the plastic spoons, cut and separate the bowl and handle portions.
Step 2
Take the red and blue coloured paper and cut strips measuring 10 cm x 1 cm.
Step 3
Cut and make small incisions in very close distance on one edge of the strips to make a fringe like pattern.
Step 4
Now take a yellow quilling strip and roll to make closed tight coils.

Paste blue flowers encircling the mirror and paste the red ones in the inner edge of the spoons.
