41 years old and I severely stuffer from long term and short term memory , it all started in 2001 after witnessing the death of my father . I’ve struggled with past dates , num,and simple commands from bosses ,wife . I carry a note book and also write down to the best of my ability(I’m left handed ) but there’s always a curve ball thrown into the mix,and it’s something simple ill just forget about it when it comes down to doing the task.
