2. Jaw Juts

  • Return back and continue this process for a minute’s lap.

4. Tongue Press

here is another one that will surely help you get rid of double chins and also is very-very easy (also contains dignity), here is that very effective chin exercise;

  • Sit straight and relax.
  • Now tilt your head back and look at that ceiling waving at you a “hi”.
  • Now force your tongue hard against the roof of your mouth.
  • Now in this hold, lower your chin as much as possible on your chest.
  • Do not round your upper back while doing this.
  • Do as far as you can.
  • Now you would be able to feel the chin and the front of the neck contact with each other.
  • Relax the tongue now and return back to your normal position.
  • That was one lap, do 20 more and you’ll be set for the day.

5. Chin Slaps

either this was named by some internet “enthusiast” or maybe someone with the past, or just a pun I guess but it’s easy and fun chin exercise that does wonders for how to get rid of double chins, shared by com it goes something like this;

  • Stand up straight and keep your body relaxed.
  • Now as you face up ahead, straight, tap or slap your lower jaw with the back of your hand.
  • Not too hard though but not too soft either.
  • Now repeat this slapping yourself process and wash away your sins of foods.

  • Do this with regular and constant speed for 30 seconds.
  • Do this 3 to 6 times a day.

  1. Very useful exercises for double chin reduction. However one can not achieve the best results just by doing these exercises. Fat reduction includes exercise, healthy diet and proper sleep. You can’t expect to only do this for a short period of time and expect results – it all takes time and consistency is key.
