    Is this a book I can get in the library or purchase or an evil? Have list a lot of weight but also lost my core, keep falling. Was advised to take yoga but very expensive classes. Thought I’d try to self teach myself though books and research. Looking forward to get started.

    Hi Vatsala, It’s very piece of information, at least you have tried to encourage people for doing yoga. In the case of Yoga, I think It’s the best exercise in today’s life style from weight loss to reducing depression. It actually gives a peace of mind.
