The ordinary Deo sprays work quite efficiently but you can’t deny the fact that they contain a lot of additives and aluminum. Hence, here we bring the easiest solution i.e. DIY Deodorant.

For those who are looking for a natural solution, you would see that the options are quite limited. There are various Deo sprays which are available in the market but not all of them are good.

Like other cosmetics, chemical ingredients which are present in the antiperspirants, as well as deodorants, are not good for the skin. Some of these ingredients commonly present are:

  • Aluminum– This is one ingredient which is used in most of the per spirants and deodorants that are available in the market. It is a metal that can be a cause of breast cancer and Alzheimer’s diseases.
  • Parabens- It is a synthetic preservative which is found in a lot of skincare products. The biggest issue with this chemical is that it disturbs the natural hormonal balance. It can cause birth defects as well as organ toxicity.
  • Propylene Glycol– It is a petroleum- based ingredient. It is capable of causing damage to the heart, liver, and even the nervous system.
  • Triclosan- This chemical has also been classified as a pesticide by FDA.
